The Financial Public License consist of a set of ten books of "Market Theories & Predicting the Stock Market by Visual Inspection", ISBN 978-983-44525-4-4 and a separate License Certificate. This license allows companies who handle trading in stock & shares, commodities, forex, banking, investment houses, financial brokerages, to use the private & confidential, proprietary techniques outline in Chapters 14.61 to end of chapter 14 and all of chapter 15, for internal commercial purposes. Internal means that they will keep the proprietary technology private & confidential that is within their company but they are allowed to publish their charts to third parties. This license is awarded to companies who are in the financial industry, give investment or speculative advice, take deposits for investment or speculative purposes and / or in the insurance or assurance business.

Those companies awarded this license are typically, banks, fund managers, hedge funds, insurance companies, commodity trading firms…. They will be licensed to use this technology to look into the future of stock movements, raw materials price movements ...etc and determine how to advice their clients and for investments and / or speculations.

This license is valid for the company license holder per country. That means that if your company has it's headquarters in Malaysia, for example, and a branch in Singapore, for example, then you would need to purchase two Financial Public License if both sites are planning to use this technology.
