Fake Diabetic Medication from China

I had informed you earlier those synthetic drugs like Oxyclide, Glucophage and Jardines caused my hands to tremble and I had the feeling of metal plates in my feet. One of my aunties had puss oozing out of her kidneys as she took Jardines for a very long time and now there seems to be no cure for the puss oozing out of her kidneys.

As a diabetic I was taking the three drugs mention above and I did not realize that they were the major cause of my hands trembling. My doctor had prescribed Beta Blockers to stop my hands from trembling. The Beta Blockers were very effective. Then one day I tried COSMO Dr. chairs for treatment and decided to stop taking the Beta Blockers to check if the COMO Dr. chairs were effective. The treatment was very effective and it reduced the tremor in my hands. This means that, as of today, I had stopped taking the Beta Blockers for about a year. Some people who came in wheelchairs could walk after 2 to 3 months, others were cured of diabetes and I witnessed many more improvements after 2 to 3 months sitting on COSMO Dr chairs. Others with high blood pressure and aches and pains were cured within a week.

I couldn’t afford those chairs as they were at least RM100,000 (USD$21,270) each. COSMO Dr. moved on to the next location so I left them. They rent a ground floor shop for about 3 to 4 months and then move to the next location. They say it is cheaper than advertising and customers can genuinely experience the impact of the COSMO Dr. chairs. One advertisement at the bottom of the page cost about RM3000 (US$640) per day about 15 years ago. Ground floor rental in SS3, Petaling Jaya, is about RM4000 (US$851) per month. This shows that the Japanese were very smart as they were saving about RM86000 (US$18297) per month.

Then one day, less than 3 months ago, while I was on the synthetic diabetic medication prescribed by my doctor, I read about Berberine. This was a natural herb that was processed into tablets. Most of them were from China and very cheap. When I ran out of synthetic drugs I decided to test out the berberine tablets and switched to these Berberine tablets.

As you can observe that my morning fasting blood sugar level never dropped below 13 mmol/L. Only on one occasion it had dropped to 7.3 mmol/L. My mother is not a diabetic and her morning fasting blood sugar level is 5.1 mmol/L. This is her case even after 2 hours of eating sweets and chocolate cakes.

Then I suspected it was my liver that was pumping out blood sugar in the morning. So, I began to take milk thistle and dandelion tablets and Liver detox tablets but nothing happened and my morning fasting blood sugar level did not drop to 7 mmol/L or below.

Then I added up the weights as shown in the back label of contents and it added up to 1965mg. Even if you divide that by 2 capsules you get 982.5mg. Unfortunately, the capsule weight is only 500mg.

The weight of the contents of the Liver Detox capsules was 300mg. Shocking as this was worse than the berberine tablets. So, I switched weighing scales and measured the weight of 20 capsules.

It turned out that 20 capsules weighed 9 grams. This means that each capsule would weigh 450mg. How did they get 982.5 mg per capsule? You can see that the filler used to substitute the original compounds looked like the berberine capsule filler. Was it sawdust because both the berberine capsules and the Liver Detox capsules had identical fillers and taste. So, the liver detox was not helping me. I just cannot believe the fraud that is going on in Lazada / Ali Baba. How much medication coming out of China is fake medicine? Lazada and Ali Baba are just promoting fraud because they want your money.

I had seen many American YouTube videos that showed that only one 500mg capsule of berberine was very effective at reducing blood sugar levels. Then I saw more American YouTube videos that showed that you should take berberine every 4 hours and another American YouTube video that showed that taking berberine about half hour before meals was very effective. I saw another American YouTube video that showed berberine should be taken with some virgin coconut oil. I tried everything but failed to drop the blood sugar level below 13 mmol/L.

Can you image that the FDA is trying to ban Berberine? The problem is that Western Medicine trained doctors are only trained on the use of synthetic drugs. They have no idea about natural and herbal medicines or diets. I guess they don’t live in the real world.

This was the original berberine tablets that I was taking 4 times per day when my morning fasting blood sugar dropped to 7.3 mmol/L.

Lazada Berberine

Above was the berberine tablets I was taking in July 2024. I can’t remember whether I was taking other supplements with it but I ran out of a Testosterone booster after the test. This is because, around 2017, one US doctor claimed he could cure diabetes with multimineral tablets. So, I was taking multimineral tablets and Boron was in the Testosterone booster as there were not many sources of Boron. I am still taking Blackmoore’s multimineral and multi vitamin tablets.

I was taking the Testosterone booster as I saw an American YouTube video that showed that Metformin or Glucophage would lower testosterone levels.

Why do we get diabetes?

Why do we get diabetes? Is it because our testosterone levels have dropped? Is it because our mitochondria are not allowing insulin into our cells? Is it because the gut microbes cause insulin resistance? I believe that high blood sugar is a symptom of diabetes and not the cause of diabetes. There is something else causing diabetes and many people say it is inflammation but I wonder. The danger of diabetes, due to the high blood sugar, is that it is the mother of all diseases – kidneys fail, eyes go blind, cancer erupts, heart failures increase, . . . etc. Back in 2017 June I tested my blood sugar every half hour after eating 300g of rice and 300g of potatoes on different days. It is obvious from the charts that potatoes have a lower blood sugar rise compared to rice.

This is the reason I decided to stop eating rice. So now it looks like my morning fasting blood sugar is stuck at about 14 mmol/L and I am beginning to suspect that the berberine tablets are bordering on fake medication. I have stopped taking rice and stopped drinking a sweet coffee for lunch for about 4 weeks. Most days I just have eggs or meat and vegetables, so why is my morning fasting blood sugar so high? Fake medication? No one, in Malaysia, is selling Dihydroberberine which is supposed to be 5 times more effective than berberine HCL. Of course it is sold at exorbitant prices in the West.

My hands stopped shaking when I am on berberine tablets. I really do not know how much of China products are not labelled correctly? Later when I changed to a different brand of berberine my hands began to show the tremors. So, I investigated the latest brand I was taking.

The brand I was taking claimed that there was 1500mg of berberine and with other herbs.

The total weight should be more than 2225mg or 2.225g. I am beginning to suspect that the label of contents at the back of the bottle is fake and the capsules are probably filled with sawdust. How dangerous this is for real diabetics. On the other hand, can sawdust cure diabetes? May be the Chinese know something that they are not telling us. When I tested the weight of the capsules I found a big discrepancy. The weight specified on the contents is 2225mg but I found the actual weight to be 600mg.

Then I measured the contents of the capsule and found it was only 600mg and not 2225mg. I decided to take 2 capsules every 4 hours on 1st August 2024 which was 10 capsules per day and had a homemade chocolate cake which contained 150g of sugar. This morning, 2nd August 2024 my fasting blood sugar was 16.5 mmol/L.

As I had to take 10 capsules of berberine, it looks like these capsules are badly underweight and are fake berberine capsules from China. I really don’t know how much fraud is coming from China. Are they mixing good tablets with fake tablets so that it appears to work and you try to find out why it does not work on some days. You try to recollect the food you ate the previous day or the liver related issues? Where were you going wrong in your diet? Instead, you should be checking whether your berberine capsules are fake berberine capsules from China. This is very dangerous for Malaysian diabetics. No pharmacy sells berberine in Malaysia and that is the reason I have to order them from China. I have begun to take one shot of whiskey at night and stopped taking beer so that the liver does not increase my blood sugar in the morning.

Then I took 3 capsules every 4 hours for 3 days. This is 15 capsules per day.

It looks like the fake berberine capsules did not control my blood sugar. I ran out of Tasly DanShen capsules since August 1st 2024. It clearly shows that Tasly DanShen was helping my blood sugar levels.

This is the reason I am trying to move away from the synthetic drugs of Western Medicine to natural herbs of Asian medicine like Ayurveda and Tradition Chinese Medicine.

I have met people who had a stroke and fully recovered after 3 months of taking 8 capsules per day of Tasly Danshen. I know of people who took Tasly Danshen and their blood sugar was under control. Western medicine hates China products so that is the reason they try to under rate their effectiveness. In my case, many years ago, before I was diagnosed as a diabetic, I began to take Tasly Danshen, one tablet per day, and after a few days a lump at the back of my head burst open and everything came out. Before that I thought it was a bone. So don’t let anyone tell you that Tasly Danshen doesn’t work.

The contents on the label shows 505mg per capsule even though the front of the bottle shows 4700mg per serving. This is 2350mg per capsule.

The actual contents per capsule is about 400mg and looks like the contents of the berberine capsules and the liver detox capsules.

So, I weighed 20 capsules on another weighing scale to ensure my readings were reasonably correct. I found out that that the 20 capsules weighed only 8 grams. This means that each capsule weighed 400mg. These too are fake tablets and the contents look exactly like those of the berberine capsules, the liver detox capsules and the Beworth’s Berberine capsules. China is exporting fake capsules and we are the fools who are simply buying whatever is labelled as good quality, honest to God, genuine products. There is so much fancy and prestigious labelling of products from China that we all fall for the labels. When you suffer and die, do blame China.

After watching the video, I am sickened by the internet fraud coming out of many countries and China. I won’t be surprised that many of the products listed above are manufactured in China and exported to America. All they have to do is to make fake labels for the different brands they export. Having no berberine or little berberine is very dangerous for diabetics as the blood sugar can rise very high and the diabetic would experience neuropathy or severe pain in the feet and hands. They could lose their eyesight or suffer kidney failure or heart conditions. The fake manufacturers must be jailed.

Alpha Lipoic Acid

I had taken Alpha Lipoic Acid on and off for many years since I was diagnosed as a diabetic in December 2016. I found them virtually ineffective and useless. A few days ago, I watched a YouTube video, Alpha Lipoic Acid Benefits - Avoid The Scams - The Nerve Doctors, on channel “The Nerve Doctors - Neuropathy Pain Treatment” on Alpha Lipoic Acid by Dr. John Coppola and Dr. Valerie Monteiro. Here they mention that RS Alpha Lipoic Acid and S Alpha Lipoic Acid are pretty useless and a waste of money.

This is because “S Alpha Lipoic Acid” version is the synthetic version and blocks “R Alpha Lipoic Acid” from activating in the body. The only version that works is pure “R Alpha Lipoic Acid” which is the natural form and can be absorbed by the body. The R Alpha Lipoic Acid reduces insulin resistance.

After watching the video, I went to the pharmacy and bought a bottle.

It contains 300mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid. A few days later I went back to the pharmacy and asked them what type of Alpha Lipoic Acid it was, they said they have to call the sales rep and ask him. The sales rep told them it was R Alpha Lipoic Acid. Then I asked them why was it not mentioned in the label of contents. It just mentioned “Alpha Lipoic Acid” and not “R Alpha Lipoic Acid”.

Please do not trust the Malaysian manufactures as they will put anything believable on the label but the contents are cheap ineffective products. This is because many want to get rich and don’t care for the public. I am very scared of taking Malaysian products as many are labelled misleadingly. I am really sick of the expensive crap sold in Malaysia.

There many cases of misleading labels. There were car window wipers labelled as “made from silicone” when they were made of Natural Rubber. The window wipers were from a local manufacturer. My friend told me of a nut and bolt manufacturer, in Balakong, Selangor, stamping on them “Made in Japan”. Many of the expensive chromed screws rust within a few weeks of purchase. There is so much fraud in MalAsia.

Fake Medicines from China

In my last article dated 20240805 I had written about many fake medicines from China sold through Lazada and Ali Baba. Today I am including more of them.

As you can observe the label says 1200mg per capsule. Then I weighed out the capsules and found that it was false.

The weight of the contents of the capsule was 200mg instead of 1200mg. So, I weighed 10 capsules on a different weighing scale and found that they weighed 4g. This means that each capsule weighed only 400mg and not 1200mg.

Then I weighed Grass Fed Beef Liver capsules. They are shown above and the label of contents are so believable. Then I weighed the capsules on two different weighing scales. The full capsule weighed about 400mg and the contents of the capsule weighed about 300mg instead of 2250mg. After that I weighed 20 capsules on a different weighing scale. The total weight of the 20 capsules was 8g. This means each capsule weighed 400mg even though it is labelled as 2250mg per capsule.

Then I checked on the “Horny Goat Weed”. I began to take Testosterone boosting herbs as Metformin or Glucophage drops the testosterone levels in diabetics. The label shows that that the weight of each capsule is 525mg (2 capsules is 1050mg). Then I weighed the capsules. Each capsule weighed 400mg and the contents of each capsule weighed 300mg.

How much fake medication is China shipping to the whole world? I bought these herbs for Lazada, https://www.lazada.com.my/#?, and I bet Shopee, https://shopee.com.my/, is selling them too.

In Conclusion

1. Did you notice that all the contents of various capsules looked the same?
2. Lazada, https://www.lazada.com.my/#?, is promoting fake products from China. Just a waste of money that will cause you to suffer and die in misery. I won’t be surprised this is occurring in https://shopee.com.my/ and https://www.carousell.com.my/. I have been banned by both ecommerce carts as someone has been using my email address to attempt to login a few thousand times per day.
3. Lazada is allowing China traders to sell directly into Malaysia to bypass the local economy.
4. Lazada does not care about the local traders in Malaysia while the China traders are undercutting the local traders. Eventually the Malaysian economy will collapse due to the fake products and services from China. Probably next year.
